Each association is required to have the association director or representative present at the meeting to ensure that the following is submitted:
Home game ice times for all teams (1660 Ice Submission Template)
Home tournament dates (1660 Tournament Blackout Submission Form)
Criminal Record Checks (1660 Criminal Record Checks Verification Form)
Complete association contact list including:
Team contacts (1660 Registration Contact Form)
At this meeting each association is to also supply a name for a volunteer governor for the upcoming season.
All forms can be found on the 1660 website under the forms header
Registration Fee - $200.00 per team.
Teams added after the Fall Meeting shall be charged an additional $200.00 (total $400.00 per team)
