This form is to be used for teams to submit their tournament blackout dates prior to the development of their season schedule by the 1660 Hockey League. The League Scheduler will make every effort to not schedule games on these dates, however, cannot guarantee this. If a league game is unfortunately scheduled on one of these dates the team is going to have to coordinate a game change using the game change process. Please do not resend after the schedule will be released.
The 1660 League will notify everyone by email of the final date where blackout dates will be considered for each Tier.

Tournament Blackout Forms will not be accepted after the regular season schedule has been launched. Please contact the opposing manager and make arrangements following the Notice of Game Change process. Please ensure that you manage your 1660 league schedule accordingly and ensure all league games are completed by 19Feb17. Changing games to TBA's is not permitted.
