RE: 2016-2017 Northern Alberta Interlock Surveys

The Northern Alberta Interlock (NAI) committee is actively seeking feedback on the trial season of the NAI league. The feedback received will be used to review operations, provide options to participating leagues, and determine a course of action for the 2017-2018 season.

The survey process consists of two separate surveys, each for a different target audience:

NAI Participant Survey (Survey A)
This survey is for players, coaches, team officials, on ice officials, team volunteers, and parents

-Survey Opens Monday, February 20, 2017

-Survey Closed Friday, March 10, 2017

-Survey link: no longer available

NAI LMHA/League/Hockey Alberta Reps & Executives (Survey B)
This survey is geared towards minor hockey executives, league governors & volunteers, and Hockey Alberta reps who have an administrative role in the game.

-Survey Opens Monday, February 20, 2017

-Survey Closes Tuesday, March 7, 2017

-Survey link will be emailed to participants and LMHA presidents for dissemination amongst their board.

The composition of the survey is made up two general themes:

  • Questions relating to NAI operations, which will help the NAI committee and participating leagues further improve and develop the interlock model, and
  • Questions consistent with a survey conducted by the CAHL league on general hockey matters. These comparisons will help to understand current thoughts and trends in the game as the league standardization process develops.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey as we undertake a process to improve the interlock model for all participants.
